I 26 East to exit #199B/US-17-ALT North onto N Main St (US-17-ALT) toward Moncks Corner - go 4.2 mi.  Turn Right on St. James Ave (US-176) - go 4.8 mi.  Make a U-turn at Central Ave onto St James Ave (US-176) - go < 0.1 mi.  Black office building on Right.
